Claude AI Training for Teams: Stop Using Claude as a Chat Box
Your team pays for Claude but uses a fraction of it. In this hands-on Claude training, run entirely in the Claude desktop app, they set it up around their own recurring work and leave with Projects, skills, connectors and Cowork tasks the whole team uses every week.
Best suited for: Any team that pays for Claude but mostly uses it to rewrite emails and summarise documents.
For companies and teams. One-to-one sessions for individuals aren't available.

The problem this solves
Most teams use Claude the way they used the first chatbots: one question at a time, re-explaining the context every time, then copying the answer into another tool. The features that save real time, such as Projects, skills, connectors and longer delegated tasks, sit unused because nobody has had time to set them up around the team's actual work.
About this workshop
This Claude AI training is a hands-on Claude workshop for teams in Singapore and across Asia, run in person or on Zoom, from two hours to a full day. The whole session runs in the Claude desktop app. Participants set Claude up around their own recurring work using Projects, skills, connectors and Cowork, and get a first look at Claude Code. Pricing starts at S$3,500 per workshop, not per person.

What your team will learn
- 01
Find the work Claude should be doing
Each person leaves knowing which of their weekly tasks belong in Claude and in what form. We list the work your team repeats, from reports and proposals to research and first drafts, and sort each one into a chat, a Project, a skill or a Cowork task. Most teams find they have been using a chat window for jobs that belong somewhere better.
- 02
Stop re-explaining the brief with Projects
A Claude Project holds the files, context and standing instructions for one recurring job, so nobody pastes the same background in every time. We build Projects for your team's main workflows in the desktop app, with instructions that set your standards, tone and format once.
- 03
Turn repeated tasks into skills
A skill captures how a task should be done, so Claude does it the same way for everyone on the team. We turn two or three of your repeated tasks into skills, such as a weekly summary, a proposal first draft or a brand-voice check, so quality no longer depends on who wrote the prompt.
- 04
Work from your real documents with connectors
Connectors let Claude read from tools such as Google Drive, email and calendars instead of pasted snippets. We connect the tools your team already uses and agree what Claude may read and what it may change.
- 05
Hand over bigger tasks with Cowork
Cowork, in the Claude desktop app, lets Claude work through a multi-step task on the files and folders you give it, rather than answering one message at a time. We hand it real jobs, such as reviewing a folder of documents, preparing a recurring report or researching a market, set up scheduled tasks, and cover how to check the result before it goes anywhere.
- 06
Agree how the team uses Claude safely
Team rules: what data can and cannot go into Claude, what Cowork may touch on each person's computer, how output is reviewed before it leaves the building, and who keeps the shared Projects and skills up to date. This is usually what IT and leadership want to see before usage spreads.
- 07
A first look at Claude Code
We close with a short look at Claude Code, the tool for work that outgrows the desktop app, such as connecting to many platforms at once or running automated workflows. The aim is to know when your team is ready for it, not to learn it in full. The Claude Code for Marketing Teams workshop covers it in depth.

Why teams book this workshop with me
I run these workflows myself
I use AI agents and AI workflows every day at 2Stallions and on this site. The workshop teaches what I actually run, not what I have read about.
Support after the session
Your team gets the materials and templates, and I answer follow-up questions as they start using what they built.
Built on your team's own work
Participants work on their own tasks during the session, so the workflow is ready to use the next morning rather than something to adapt later.

§ 06Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Q.01Do participants need the Claude desktop app?
Yes. The whole workshop runs in the Claude desktop app rather than in the browser, because that is where Cowork runs and where the team's Projects and skills are set up. Please install it and sign in on each laptop before the session.
Q.02Is there a Claude AI course available in Singapore?
Yes. This Claude AI training runs in person in Singapore or live on Zoom, for teams rather than individuals. It is built around your team's real work and runs from two hours to a full day.
Q.03How is this different from Anthropic's free Claude courses?
Anthropic's Claude Academy courses are a good way for individuals to learn the features. This workshop is for teams: we set Claude up around your own recurring work, agree shared standards, and leave you with Projects and skills your whole team can use.
Q.04How much does Claude training cost?
From S$3,500 per workshop for the 2-hour session, S$6,000 for a half day and S$9,500 for a full day. The fee covers up to 15 participants in person or 20 on Zoom, with no minimum headcount, so it is not a per-person price. Larger groups are welcome at a per-person rate. Customising it around your own documents and tools is an optional add-on.
Q.05How long does it take to learn Claude?
The basics take an hour. Getting real value takes longer, because it depends on setting Claude up around your own work. A half-day or full-day session takes a team from occasional chat use to Projects and skills they use every week.
Q.06Is it safe to use company data with Claude?
It depends on your plan and your rules, which is why agreeing those rules is part of the workshop. We cover what data can go into Claude, what stays out, and how output is reviewed, and we can use anonymised material during the session.
Q.07Do you run this workshop for individuals?
No. The workshops are for companies and teams, booked by an organisation. One-to-one sessions for individuals are not available.
Q.08Do participants get a certificate?
A certificate of completion is available on request, for teams whose HR or learning records need one.
Q.09How far ahead do we need to book?
The workshop runs on your dates. Most teams book four to six weeks ahead, and longer customised versions need a little more time to prepare.
