Getting AI Past the Pilot Stage: An AI Adoption Workshop for Leadership Teams
Most AI pilots save time. Far fewer change revenue or cost. This AI adoption workshop helps a leadership team choose the workflows worth scaling, measure them properly and give each one an owner.
Best suited for: Leadership teams whose AI pilots save time but haven't changed business results.
For companies and teams. One-to-one sessions for individuals aren't available.

The problem this solves
AI pilots tend to end with a slide that says hours were saved. Then nothing happens. The hours are absorbed, nobody owns the next step, and six months later the company has several pilots and no change in results. In my survey of Asia-Pacific businesses, 87% of the 155 respondents using AI reported time savings, but only 21% reported more revenue.
About this workshop
This AI adoption and AI strategy workshop is a two-hour session for leadership teams in Singapore and across Asia, run in person or on Zoom. The team scores its AI pilots and ideas, chooses the first workflow to scale, sets a measure the business cares about, and leaves with an owner and a 90-day plan. Pricing starts at S$3,500 per workshop, not per person.

- Transformation, strategy and innovation leads

What your team will learn
- 01
Why pilots stall
Time saved is not value captured. If the hours an AI tool frees up are not redirected, nothing on the profit and loss statement moves. We start with the pattern from my survey of Asia-Pacific businesses and look at where your own pilots sit.
- 02
Choosing the workflow to scale
Not every pilot deserves to grow. We score your candidates on how often the work happens, how much it is worth and how much can go wrong, so the first workflow you scale has a clear payoff and a manageable risk.
- 03
Measuring more than hours
Hours saved is the easiest number to report and the least useful. We set a measure for each workflow that the business already cares about, such as output, quality, speed to customer, cost or revenue, and decide how it will be tracked.
- 04
Ownership and rhythm
A scaled workflow needs a named owner, a review rhythm and a rule for when to stop. We agree who owns what, how often it is reviewed, and what would make you switch it off.
- 05
A 90-day plan for the first workflow
The session ends with one workflow, one owner, one measure and a 90-day plan, written down before anyone leaves the room.

Why teams book this workshop with me
I run these workflows myself
I use AI agents and AI workflows every day at 2Stallions and on this site. The workshop teaches what I actually run, not what I have read about.
Support after the session
Your team gets the materials and templates, and I answer follow-up questions as they start using what they built.
A board-level view of risk
As an SID Accredited Director, I can answer the questions leadership asks about data, risk and accountability, not only the how-to.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q.01Who should attend an AI adoption workshop?
The leadership team that decides where AI money and time go, ideally with the people who own the current pilots. The set fee covers up to 25 people, with no minimum headcount.
Q.02Do we need AI pilots running already?
It helps, because the session works on your real candidates. Teams that have not started yet use it to choose their first workflow, with a measure and an owner in place from day one.
Q.03How is this different from an AI strategy consultancy?
It is a working session, not a report. Your leadership team makes the decisions in the room, using a simple scoring method, and leaves with a plan it owns.
Q.04How much does this workshop cost?
From S$3,500 per workshop (2-hour session). The fee covers up to 25 people, with no minimum headcount. Larger groups are welcome at a per-person rate. Customised multi-day programmes are quoted separately.
Q.05Do you run this workshop for individuals?
No. The workshops are for companies and teams, booked by an organisation. One-to-one sessions for individuals are not available.
Q.06Do participants get a certificate?
A certificate of completion is available on request, for teams whose HR or learning records need one.
Q.07How far ahead do we need to book?
The workshop runs on your dates. Most teams book four to six weeks ahead, and longer customised versions need a little more time to prepare.
