Claude Code for Marketing Teams: Hands-On Claude Code Training

Most Claude Code training is written for developers. This one is for marketers. Your team sets Claude Code up as its operating base: connected to your ad platforms, analytics and content tools, working within your brand rules and running repeatable workflows.

Best suited for: Marketing teams and agencies that want reporting, content and campaign work run from one place.

For companies and teams. One-to-one sessions for individuals aren't available.

The problem this solves

Marketing teams spend hours each week pulling numbers from ad platforms, pasting them into reports and rewriting the same content briefs. Chat-based AI helps a little, but it can't reach the platforms, it forgets your brand rules, and every person uses it differently. The work stays manual.

About this workshop

This Claude Code training is a one or two-day Claude Code workshop for marketing teams and agencies in Singapore and across Asia, run in person or on Zoom. The team installs Claude Code, connects it to its ad platforms and analytics, writes the rules that keep output on-brand, and builds its first repeatable reporting and content workflows. Pricing starts at S$9,500 per workshop, not per person.

Who should attend

  • In-house marketing teams
  • Digital and performance marketing agencies
  • Marketing operations and analytics leads
  • Content teams that produce reports and briefs every week

What you'll need

  • A laptop for each participant, with permission to install software
  • A Claude plan with sufficient usage limits
  • Read access to the ad and analytics accounts you want to connect
  • One or two weekly reports or content tasks to rebuild

§ 01Course outline

What your team will learn

  1. 01

    Why marketers use Claude Code

Claude Code is an AI agent that works across files, data and connected tools rather than inside a single chat. We cover what that makes possible for a marketing team, what it is not good at, and how it compares with chat-based tools.

  2. 02

    Setup and team rules

We install and configure Claude Code, then write the files that keep it on-brand and safe: team instructions, brand and voice guidelines, and the conventions it should follow. This is what makes the output consistent across the team.

  3. 03

    Connecting your platforms

Using connectors built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP), we connect Claude Code to the platforms your team runs, such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and GA4. We cover official versus community connectors, and when to allow read-only access versus changes.

  4. 04

    Reporting workflows

Weekly and monthly reporting is usually the first big time saving. We build a reporting workflow that pulls live data, compares periods and drafts the commentary, ready for a person to check and send.

  5. 05

    Content workflows

Briefs, first drafts, content refreshes and on-page SEO checks, all working from your brand guidelines and past content, so drafts start close to finished.

  6. 06

    Building skills and commands

We turn your team's best repeated processes into skills and commands anyone can run. In the two-day version, teams also build their own custom skills and connectors, set up scheduled runs and agree how work is reviewed before it goes out.

Why teams book this workshop with me

I run these workflows myself

I use AI agents and AI workflows every day at 2Stallions and on this site. The workshop teaches what I actually run, not what I have read about.

Support after the session

Your team gets the materials and templates, and I answer follow-up questions as they start using what they built.

Built on your team's own work

Participants work on their own tasks during the session, so the workflow is ready to use the next morning rather than something to adapt later.

§ 06Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Q.01Do marketers need coding skills to use Claude Code?

No. The workshop is designed for marketers, not developers. You work in plain English, and we cover the few setup steps that need a terminal together.

Q.02Is it safe to connect Claude Code to our ad accounts?

It can be, with the right controls. We start with read-only access, use official connectors where they exist, and agree which actions need a person to approve before anything changes in a live account.

Q.03How is this different from free Claude Code courses?

Most Claude Code courses teach developers to write software. This workshop teaches marketers to run reporting, content and campaign work, set up on your own accounts, with your team's rules built in.

Q.04Does it cover OpenAI's Codex?

The workshop is built on Claude Code. Teams that use OpenAI's Codex can follow the same workflow approach, and we can cover both where a team uses them.

Q.05How much does this workshop cost?

From S$9,500 per workshop (full day). The fee covers up to 15 participants in person or 20 on Zoom, with no minimum headcount. Larger groups are welcome at a per-person rate, or we split into two sessions so everyone gets hands-on time. Customised multi-day programmes are quoted separately.

Q.06Do you run this workshop for individuals?

No. The workshops are for companies and teams, booked by an organisation. One-to-one sessions for individuals are not available.

Q.07Do participants get a certificate?

A certificate of completion is available on request, for teams whose HR or learning records need one.

Q.08How far ahead do we need to book?

The workshop runs on your dates. Most teams book four to six weeks ahead, and longer customised versions need a little more time to prepare.
