AI Agents in Your Pocket: Build a Personal AI Assistant

A personal AI assistant you can message like a colleague, on the apps you already use. This workshop sets one up, gives it its first useful routines, and draws clear lines around what it may do on its own.

Best suited for: Founders, operators and executive assistants who want an AI assistant that does real work from their phone.

For companies and teams. One-to-one sessions for individuals aren't available.

The problem this solves

Most busy people use AI in a browser tab, one question at a time. The jobs that eat their day, such as chasing follow-ups, preparing for meetings and keeping track of what needs attention, never reach it. An AI agent can do that work, but setting one up safely feels too technical to start.

About this workshop

This AI agent workshop is a half-day or full-day session for founders, operators and executive assistants in Singapore and across Asia, run in person or on Zoom. Participants set up a personal AI assistant reachable from their phone, give it one or two routines such as a daily briefing, and agree what it may do without asking. Pricing starts at S$6,000 per workshop, not per person.

Who should attend

  • Founders and business owners
  • Operators and chiefs of staff
  • Executive assistants and office managers
  • Small teams that want one shared assistant

What you'll need

  • A laptop and a smartphone, with Telegram or WhatsApp installed
  • A credit card, to create paid API keys and sign up for the services your agent uses. Usage is billed directly by those providers
  • For the half-day: comfortable creating your own API keys and giving the agent access to Google Calendar and Gmail, through a Google Cloud project or a simpler third-party connector platform
  • For the full day: technically confident. You will create a private server, connect to it over SSH and install software from the command line

What your team will learn

  1. 01

What an AI agent is, and isn't

A chatbot answers. An agent acts: it can check your calendar, draft replies, track tasks and run routines on a schedule. We cover what agents are genuinely good at today, where they still need a person, and how to pick the first job to give one.

  2. 02

    Choosing a setup

Hosted services, managed agent platforms and self-hosted open-source agents such as OpenClaw each trade convenience against control and privacy. We compare them on cost, privacy and effort, and choose the right one for each participant.

  3. 03

    Reaching it from your phone

We connect the agent to a messaging app such as Telegram or WhatsApp, so you can ask it for things the way you would message a colleague, wherever you are.

  4. 04

    First routines

We connect your calendar and email, through a Google Cloud project or a simpler third-party connector platform, then set up one or two routines that pay off straight away, such as a morning briefing of your calendar and priorities, a follow-up tracker or a daily summary of what needs your attention.

  5. 05

    Limits and security

An agent with access to your email and calendar needs clear boundaries. We decide what it may do alone, what needs your approval and what it must never touch, and cover the basics: credentials, permissions and checking what it has done.

  6. 06

Running it on your own server

In the full-day version, we set the agent up on a private server you control, cover running costs and how to keep them low, and run a basic security check on the setup.

Why teams book this workshop with me

I run these workflows myself

I use AI agents and AI workflows every day at 2Stallions and on this site. The workshop teaches what I actually run, not what I have read about.

Support after the session

Your team gets the materials and templates, and I answer follow-up questions as they start using what they built.

Built on your team's own work

Participants work on their own tasks during the session, so the workflow is ready to use the next morning rather than something to adapt later.

§ 06Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Q.01What can a personal AI assistant do for a busy executive?

It can prepare a morning briefing from your calendar and email, track follow-ups, remind you of commitments and handle routine requests you send by message. The workshop sets up one or two of these routines and the limits around them.

Q.02Do participants need technical skills?

Some. For the half-day, participants should be comfortable creating their own API keys and giving the agent access to Google Calendar and Gmail, through a Google Cloud project or a simpler third-party platform. The full day is for technically confident participants: it involves creating a private server, connecting over SSH and installing software from the command line.

Q.03What will the agent cost to run?

Participants pay the AI model and service providers directly, so please bring a credit card to set up API keys and sign up for services during the session. Costs depend on how much the agent is used, and we cover how to set spending limits and keep them low.

Q.04Is it safe to give an AI agent access to my email?

Only with limits. The workshop covers exactly that: what the agent may do on its own, what needs your approval, and how to check what it has done.

Q.05How much does this workshop cost?

From S$6,000 per workshop (half day). The fee covers up to 15 participants in person or 20 on Zoom, with no minimum headcount. Larger groups are welcome at a per-person rate, or we split into two sessions so everyone gets hands-on time. Customised multi-day programmes are quoted separately.

Q.06Do you run this workshop for individuals?

No. The workshops are for companies and teams, booked by an organisation. One-to-one sessions for individuals are not available.

Q.07Do participants get a certificate?

A certificate of completion is available on request, for teams whose HR or learning records need one.

Q.08How far ahead do we need to book?

The workshop runs on your dates. Most teams book four to six weeks ahead, and longer customised versions need a little more time to prepare.
