AI SEO and GEO Training: Get Your Brand Cited by AI
Buyers now get an answer from ChatGPT or Google's AI before they see a list of links. This AI SEO and GEO training shows your team how AI engines pick their sources, and runs the checks that decide whether your brand gets cited.
Best suited for: Marketing and content teams, including regional teams that don't control their own website.
For companies and teams. One-to-one sessions for individuals aren't available.

The problem this solves
Search used to end with a click to your website. Now an AI answer often ends it, and the brands named in that answer win the shortlist. Most marketing teams still report on rankings and traffic, with no idea whether ChatGPT or Google's AI mentions them at all, or what to fix if it doesn't.
About this workshop
This AI SEO and GEO course is a half-day workshop for marketing and content teams in Singapore and across Asia, run in person or on Zoom. The team runs four checks on its own pages (findable, clear, credible, quotable), maps its buyers' questions, takes a first baseline and leaves with a fix list split by owner. Pricing starts at S$6,000 per workshop, not per person.

What your team will learn
- 01
The shift from links to answers
Search used to end with a click. Now an AI answer often ends it. We cover how SEO, AEO and GEO relate, why fewer people click through, and why visibility now includes being mentioned, cited or shortlisted inside an answer.
- 02
How AI engines pick their sources
A simple model of how ChatGPT, Google's AI Overviews and AI Mode, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot find, select and cite sources, and why each engine favours different ones. There is no single AI ranking, so there is no single playbook.
- 03
The four checks on your own pages
Can AI engines find the page, understand it, trust it and quote it? We run each check on your priority pages, from crawler access and local relevance to specific, checkable claims an engine can lift.
- 04
Mentions, citations and recommendations
Being named, being cited as a source and being recommended are different results that need different fixes. We look at which ones matter for your business, and why a single visibility score hides the difference.
- 05
Buyer questions and a first baseline
We map your buyers' questions across the stages of a decision, from discover to decide, then ask them in AI engines and record who appears, what is said and which sources back it up.
- 06
Diagnose, prioritise and assign
Every gap is classed as a findability, clarity, credibility, quotability or local gap, and assigned to whoever can fix it. For teams that don't control the website, we split the work between head office and the local team and plan a two-to-three-hour weekly routine.

Why teams book this workshop with me
I run these workflows myself
I use AI agents and AI workflows every day at 2Stallions and on this site. The workshop teaches what I actually run, not what I have read about.
Support after the session
Your team gets the materials and templates, and I answer follow-up questions as they start using what they built.
Built on your team's own work
Participants work on their own tasks during the session, so the workflow is ready to use the next morning rather than something to adapt later.

§ 06Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Q.01What is GEO training?
GEO, or generative engine optimization, training teaches a team how to get its brand cited in answers from AI tools such as ChatGPT and Google's AI Overviews. This workshop covers how those engines pick sources and runs four checks on your own pages.
Q.02What is the difference between SEO and GEO?
SEO earns a place in a list of links. GEO earns a place inside the answer an AI writes. Google says GEO is still SEO, and the workshop treats it that way: the foundations still matter, with citation added on top.
Q.03Does this work if head office controls our website?
Yes. The workshop includes a split of who owns what, so local teams focus on buyer questions, local proof and content, while technical fixes go to whoever owns the site.
Q.04Do we need paid AI visibility tools?
No. The baseline uses the AI engines themselves plus the free Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools reports. Paid tools are optional.
Q.05How much does this workshop cost?
From S$6,000 per workshop (half day). The fee covers up to 15 participants in person or 20 on Zoom, with no minimum headcount. Larger groups are welcome at a per-person rate, or we split into two sessions so everyone gets hands-on time. Customised multi-day programmes are quoted separately.
Q.06Do you run this workshop for individuals?
No. The workshops are for companies and teams, booked by an organisation. One-to-one sessions for individuals are not available.
Q.07Do participants get a certificate?
A certificate of completion is available on request, for teams whose HR or learning records need one.
Q.08How far ahead do we need to book?
The workshop runs on your dates. Most teams book four to six weeks ahead, and longer customised versions need a little more time to prepare.
