I Teach the Workflows I Run Every Day
Most AI training teaches prompts. Prompts change every month. A workflow keeps paying off, so that is what every session is built around.
I run AI agents and AI workflows in live operations at 2Stallions, a 40+ person agency, and on this site. I'm also an SID Accredited Director, so the leadership sessions come from both sides of the table: the person building the system and the person accountable for it.
This site is the test bed. I built it with AI in four days, its LinkedIn content runs through the same engine I teach, and two AI agents handle parts of my week.
Workflows, not prompt tricks. Your team leaves with a process it can keep running.
Built on your team's real work: your pages, your campaigns, your questions.
A set fee per workshop, not per head, so you can bring the whole team.
In person in Singapore and across Asia, or live on Zoom.

Eight AI Workshops
AI Fluency for Boards and Management
Best suited for: Board directors, C-suite and senior managers who oversee AI without building it.
Directors need to tell four kinds of AI apart: generative AI, AI agents, automation and predictive analytics. Each fails in a different way, so each needs different oversight. We cover what changes when software acts rather than advises, where approval thresholds and named accountability belong, and what Singapore's Model AI Governance Framework for Agentic AI asks of a board.
You leave with
- A plain map of the four kinds of AI in your organisation
- Twelve questions to put to your executive team
- A view on what AI agents may do without asking a human
Getting AI Past the Pilot Stage
Best suited for: Leadership teams whose AI pilots save time but haven't changed business results.
In my survey of Asia-Pacific businesses, 87% of the 155 respondents using AI reported time savings, but only 21% reported more revenue. This session is about closing that gap: choosing which workflow to scale, measuring more than hours saved, and giving each one an owner.
You leave with
- A shortlist of AI workflows worth scaling
- A measure for each that goes beyond time saved
- An owner and a 90-day plan for the first one
Maximise Your Use of Claude AI
Best suited for: Any team that has Claude licences but mostly uses it as a chat box.
Most teams use a fraction of what Claude can do. We set up Projects with standing instructions, connect Claude to the tools your team already uses, and turn repeated tasks into skills anyone on the team can run. Longer formats add hands-on building on your own work.
You leave with
- Claude Projects set up for your team's real work
- Three workflows mapped to your roles
- A shared library of skills and instructions
AI Search and GEO
Best suited for: Marketing and content teams, including regional teams that don't control their own website.
Buyers now get an answer from ChatGPT or Google's AI before they see a list of links. We run the four checks that decide whether AI engines cite you (findable, clear, credible, quotable) on your own pages, map your buyers' questions, and take a first baseline.
You leave with
- The four checks run on your own pages
- Your buyer questions mapped and a baseline taken
- A fix list split by who owns each fix
AI for LinkedIn
Best suited for: Founders, executives and marketing teams who want a steady LinkedIn presence without writing every post from scratch.
This is a workflow session, not a creative writing class. We build a voice guide the AI writes from, a way to capture ideas as they happen, a drafting and editing routine that strips out AI tells, and a posting rhythm you can keep up. It's the same engine I run for my own LinkedIn.
You leave with
- A voice guide your AI drafts from
- An idea-to-post workflow you run each week
- An editing checklist that removes AI tells
Claude Code for Marketing Teams
Best suited for: Marketing teams and agencies that want reporting, content and campaign work run from one place.
We connect Claude Code to your ad platforms, analytics and content tools, set up the team rules and brand guidelines it works within, and turn weekly jobs such as reporting and content refreshes into repeatable skills. The two-day version adds building your own skills and connectors. Teams on OpenAI's Codex can follow the same approach.
You leave with
- Claude Code connected to your marketing platforms
- Team rules and brand guidelines it works within
- Your first five repeatable marketing workflows
AI Agents in Your Pocket
Best suited for: Founders, operators and executive assistants who want an AI assistant that does real work from their phone.
An AI agent you can message like a colleague: it prepares morning briefings, tracks follow-ups and handles routine requests. We set one up, decide what it may and may not do, and cover the security basics. The full-day version sets it up on your own private server.
You leave with
- A working AI agent you can reach from your phone
- A first routine, such as a daily briefing
- Clear limits on what it may do unsupervised
Building and Managing Your Website Using AI
Best suited for: Founders, marketers and small teams who want to build or run a website without waiting on developers.
I built this site with AI in four days and run it the same way. We start a working site or section, set up a publishing workflow for pages and articles, and build in the SEO and AI-search basics from the start rather than bolting them on later.
You leave with
- A working site or section started in the session
- A publishing workflow for pages and articles
- SEO and AI-search basics built in
