For companies and teams. One-to-one sessions for individuals aren't available.

Plan This Workshop for Your Team

The problem this solves

Small website changes often sit in a developer's queue for weeks, and a new site can take months and a large budget. Website builders are quicker but hit limits fast. AI coding agents have changed what a non-developer can do, but most teams don't know how to plan, instruct and check them well enough to trust the result.

About this workshop

This vibe coding workshop is a one-day session for founders, marketers and small teams in Singapore and across Asia, run in person or on Zoom. Participants plan a site, build it with an AI coding agent such as Claude Code, set up a publishing workflow, and build in SEO, AI search, analytics and forms from the start. Pricing starts at S$9,500 per workshop, not per person.

§ 01Course outline

What your team will learn

  1. 01

    Planning the site

Before any building, we plan what the site needs to do: the pages, what each one is for, what a buyer needs to see and how content will be organised. A clear plan is what lets an AI agent build the right thing.

  2. 02

Building with an AI coding agent

Using an AI coding agent such as Claude Code or Codex, we go from the plan to a working site on a modern framework, instructing the agent in plain English and reviewing each change before it is kept.

  3. 03

    A publishing workflow

How to add and update pages and articles without breaking anything: writing, previewing, publishing and scheduling content ahead of time.

  4. 04

    SEO and AI-search basics

Page titles, descriptions, structured data, sitemaps, internal links and fast loading, plus the checks that help AI engines find and quote your pages. Built in from the start rather than fixed later.

  5. 05

    Analytics and forms

Analytics that measure what matters, and forms that capture real leads while keeping spam out, so your numbers reflect real visitors.

  6. 06

    Running it week to week

How to make routine updates, fix problems, keep the site fast and secure, and decide when a change needs a developer after all.

Why teams book this workshop with me

I run these workflows myself

I use AI agents and AI workflows every day at 2Stallions and on this site. The workshop teaches what I actually run, not what I have read about.

Support after the session

Your team gets the materials and templates, and I answer follow-up questions as they start using what they built.

Built on your team's own work

Participants work on their own tasks during the session, so the workflow is ready to use the next morning rather than something to adapt later.

§ 06Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Q.01Can you really build a website with AI?

Yes. AI coding agents such as Claude Code and Codex can build and maintain a real website from plain-English instructions. The skill is in planning well, instructing clearly and reviewing each change, which is what the workshop teaches.

Q.02Do we need coding skills?

No. The AI agent writes the code from plain-English instructions. You learn how to plan, instruct and review its work, and the few technical steps are done together.

Q.03Can we use this for an existing website?

Yes, if your site can be edited as code. For sites on closed builders, the planning, content, SEO and analytics modules still apply, and we cover whether moving is worth it.

Q.04How much does this workshop cost?

From S$9,500 per workshop (full day). The fee covers up to 15 participants in person or 20 on Zoom, with no minimum headcount. Larger groups are welcome at a per-person rate, or we split into two sessions so everyone gets hands-on time. Customised multi-day programmes are quoted separately.

Q.05Do you run this workshop for individuals?

No. The workshops are for companies and teams, booked by an organisation. One-to-one sessions for individuals are not available.

Q.06Do participants get a certificate?

A certificate of completion is available on request, for teams whose HR or learning records need one.

Q.07How far ahead do we need to book?

The workshop runs on your dates. Most teams book four to six weeks ahead, and longer customised versions need a little more time to prepare.
