AI for LinkedIn: A Workshop on Building a Content Workflow
LinkedIn consistency is a systems problem, not a talent problem. This workshop builds the workflow behind steady posting, so AI drafts in your voice and you spend your time on the ideas and the final edit.
Best suited for: Founders, executives and marketing teams who want a steady LinkedIn presence without writing every post from scratch.
For companies and teams. One-to-one sessions for individuals aren't available.

The problem this solves
Most people post on LinkedIn in bursts. Every post starts from a blank page, so posting stops as soon as work gets busy. Asking ChatGPT to write the post doesn't fix it, because the result sounds like everyone else and readers can tell.
About this workshop
This AI for LinkedIn workshop is a full-day LinkedIn training for founders, executives and marketing teams in Singapore and across Asia, run in person or on Zoom. Participants build a voice guide the AI writes from, an idea backlog, a drafting and editing routine, and a posting rhythm they can keep up. Pricing starts at S$9,500 per workshop, not per person.

What your team will learn
- 01
LinkedIn as a workflow
Most people post in bursts because every post starts from a blank page. We map the steps behind a post, from idea to draft, edit, visual, schedule and review, and decide which ones AI should handle and which stay with you.
- 02
A voice guide the AI writes from
Generic AI posts sound generic because the AI has nothing to go on. We build a voice guide from your own best writing: how you open, the words you use and avoid, your point of view and the topics you own. The guide becomes a reusable set of instructions.
- 03
Capturing ideas as they happen
The best posts come from real work: a client conversation, a meeting, a number that surprised you. We set up a simple way to capture those moments into an idea backlog, so you never start from nothing.
- 04
Drafting and editing out AI tells
The AI drafts from an idea and your voice guide. Then comes the edit: a checklist that catches the phrases, rhythms and structures readers recognise as machine-written, so the final post sounds like you.
- 05
Visuals and repurposing
How to brief AI for post images that look like real scenes rather than stock art, and how to turn one strong idea or article into several posts across a fortnight.
- 06
Scheduling and review
A posting rhythm you can keep, a scheduling tool to queue posts ahead, and a short monthly review of what worked so the idea backlog gets sharper over time.

Why teams book this workshop with me
I run these workflows myself
I use AI agents and AI workflows every day at 2Stallions and on this site. The workshop teaches what I actually run, not what I have read about.
Support after the session
Your team gets the materials and templates, and I answer follow-up questions as they start using what they built.
Built on your team's own work
Participants work on their own tasks during the session, so the workflow is ready to use the next morning rather than something to adapt later.
§ 06Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Q.01Will AI-written LinkedIn posts sound like AI?
Not if the workflow is set up properly. The voice guide gives the AI your style to work from, and the editing checklist removes the patterns readers recognise as machine-written. You stay the final editor on every post.
Q.02Is this for company pages or personal profiles?
Both, though it works best for the personal profiles of founders, executives and team members, where a consistent voice matters most. Company pages use the same workflow with a brand voice guide.
Q.03Is this a LinkedIn training for beginners?
It suits beginners and regular posters alike. It doesn't cover how to set up a profile. It covers how to post consistently with AI doing the heavy lifting.
Q.04How much does this workshop cost?
From S$9,500 per workshop (full day). The fee covers up to 15 participants in person or 20 on Zoom, with no minimum headcount. Larger groups are welcome at a per-person rate, or we split into two sessions so everyone gets hands-on time. Customised multi-day programmes are quoted separately.
Q.05Do you run this workshop for individuals?
No. The workshops are for companies and teams, booked by an organisation. One-to-one sessions for individuals are not available.
Q.06Do participants get a certificate?
A certificate of completion is available on request, for teams whose HR or learning records need one.
Q.07How far ahead do we need to book?
The workshop runs on your dates. Most teams book four to six weeks ahead, and longer customised versions need a little more time to prepare.
