Newsletter Signup

When you subscribe to the Scaling Success newsletter, your first name and email address are collected and stored by Kit (formerly ConvertKit), which manages the mailing list. Kit's privacy policy is available at kit.com/privacy.

Contact Form

When you submit the contact form, your name, email, organization, selected service, and message are sent to me via Resend (an email delivery service). This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry. If you check the newsletter opt-in box, your email and first name are also added to the Kit mailing list.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use the site — including pages viewed, time on site, and general geographic region. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information anonymously. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

Newsletter subscriber data is retained in Kit until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Contact form submissions are retained in email only. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default retention settings.
